Peter Gengler

Richard Pace (President) and Peter Gengler (Senior Vice-President) co-founded UDM Land Sciences in 1996, a developer of GIS-based ecological asset and liability systems for use by the real estate industry. The Company holds copyrights and a provisional patent on Internet spatial technologies, land and property assessment methods, and an integrated real estate decision support system. In March 2003, they formed EcoAsset Markets, Inc. with Edward Straker and Walter Alcorn in order to encourage market-based conservation solutions. Markets, Inc. Mr. Pace is an engineer with extensive visible language and communications experience. He began his career at the University of Chicago Press and later was a cofounder of Scientific American Library and the restructuring of W.H Freeman Publishers. Mr. Gengler graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design in 1975. He was a one of the first American practitioners of information and visible language design concentrating on mapping, signage systems and information systems. Through his family background, Mr. Gengler has extensive experience with financial markets and investment banking. John Andrews, PLS

Director of Land Survey

From 1984 until 1996 John Andrews was Vice President and Project Manager of the Guillemette Corporation of East Providence, Rhode Island, responsible for the operation of a survey business. He is licensed as a Professional Land Surveyor. His career spans thirty years working with architectural, civil engineering and surveying firms in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He also is a Visiting Professor at the Community College of Rhode Island.

Scott Rabideau

Scott Rabideau practices wetland delineations, designing replacement wetlands, restoring wetlands, and wildlife habitat evaluations. He has 14 years of experience in permit alterations through state and federal agencies also serving as representation in public hearings and expert testimony. He is currently developing methods for the management and measurement of carbon sequestration.
